Our new ‘Roll Top’ Bouldering buckets are here!

Our large roll-down style chalk buckets stand open for easy use when bouldering, then roll down and clip for compact storage and carrying!

EXTERIOR: durable outer shell. reinforced with a sturdy stabilizing fabric inside, so the bag won’t crumple or tip over easily.

INTERIOR: Unlined (for compact rolling) with expertly finished seams!

CLOSURE: 1 inch sturdy U.S. made Velcro across the full span of the opening for total closure time after time! The roll top and clip design enables you to roll up and clip the bucket for low profile storage/ packing.

DIMENSIONS: 12″ height/ depth x 9″ width x 9″ square bottom.

All materials (including hardware) are sourced from within the US to support KJ Bags philosophy of environmental and social responsibility!

Refuge Climbing offers Climbing and Bouldering as well as a full suite of fitness equipment.

We make our chalk bags by hand from quality materials. We make our best effort to use upcycled fabrics for the outer shells and interior components of the bags! They are semi-rigid and stand-up on their own. The pull cords are cut from 2 mm Sterling Rope Accessory Cord; simply put, these cords will not fray or break on you!

This assortment is fairly typical for a small wholesale order, including: several print fabrics, some patchwork, and a few solids.

A second batch of KJ Chalk Bags is on its way to Edgeworks Climbing Inc. in Tacoma, Washington. This order includes a couple superhero themed bags added in just for fun!

Edgeworks is the indoor climbing destination for the southern Puget Sound area. Their 10,000 sq. ft. climbing area features tons of lead and top rope climbing stations, as well as extensive sections dedicated to bouldering!

KJ Bags @ Aiguille Rock Climbing Center, FL

As you can see, Aiguille requested waist belts with their order!

Aiguille is the premier rock climbing facility for the Orlando area. Their facility is famous for its tall (36ft) top-rope and lead climbing walls, and for the spectacular route setting of super-crusher Mark Mercer. They also maintain a good sized bouldering area with steep walls and fun angles.

Aiguille staff teach specialized climbing techniques classes; and the gym also offers yoga!

New Chalk Bags @ Vertical Ventures, Tampa

Vertical Ventures is Tampa’s only and Florida’s first climbing gym!

They offer over 6,000 square feet of climbing space. The gym is diverse; there are large sections dedicated to bouldering, including a free standing boulder! VV also has 11 top-rope and auto-belay stations, as well as a huge lead climbing roof that spans the entire width of the gym.

VV is prized for frequent, diverse, and interesting route setting, and for it’s positive, encouraging, home-away-from-home atmosphere.
