New Chalk Bags for The Refuge Climbing and Fitness, Las Vegas!

Big Thanks to The Refuge Climbing and Fitness in Las Vegas for bringing KJ Bags Chalk Bags and Chalk Buckets into their gear shop!

Refuge Climbing offers Climbing and Bouldering as well as a full suite of fitness equipment.

We make our chalk bags by hand from quality materials. We make our best effort to use upcycled fabrics for the outer shells and interior components of the bags! They are semi-rigid and stand-up on their own. The pull cords are cut from 2 mm Sterling Rope Accessory Cord; simply put, these cords will not fray or break on you!

This assortment is fairly typical for a small wholesale order, including: several print fabrics, some patchwork, and a few solids.

We can also accommodate special requests for wholesale orders, just let us know the style(s) you prefer!

Custom Orange and Black Chalk Bucket

I made this chalk bucket for a local Tampa climber!

The exterior shell is made from medium weight canvas!

The bucket holds its rigid shape because the patchwork shell is backed with a durable fabric that is rigid but can be crushed and crumpled and will spring back to shape.

The interior is made from soft micro fiber fleece, the closure cord is made from 2mm Sterling Rope accessory cord!

New Chalk Bags @ Vertical Ventures, Tampa

Vertical Ventures is Tampa’s only and Florida’s first climbing gym!

They offer over 6,000 square feet of climbing space. The gym is diverse; there are large sections dedicated to bouldering, including a free standing boulder! VV also has 11 top-rope and auto-belay stations, as well as a huge lead climbing roof that spans the entire width of the gym.

VV is prized for frequent, diverse, and interesting route setting, and for it’s positive, encouraging, home-away-from-home atmosphere.

KJ Chalk Bags @ TBA, Chattanooga

Big thanks to Tennessee Bouldering Authority in Chattanooga, TN for bringing KJ Chalk Bags into their gym.

The TBA was Chattanooga’s first indoor climbing facility! They are located in the historic St. Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga, and offer over 3,000 square feet of climbing space! The TBA has specials daily, making it easy and inexpensive to get in a day of climbing. Climbing Instruction is available, and they host yoga classes!
