Custom Order: I <3 Sharma Chalk Bucket!

The lettering was cut out from light-weight white canvas, then (painstakingly) sewn on!  The body of the bag is made from black cotton.  The bottom is made from thick, durable black Sunbrella canvas.  The bucket is backed with rigid stabilizer, so it stands and can’t be easily kicked over.

The interior is made from charcoal color anti-pill microfiber fleece!

Dimensions:  10″ x 10″ x 5″ opening diameter

Custom Order: MacBook Air Messenger Bag

This week I received a exciting custom order for a well padded, messenger bag style, MacBook Air  case.   My customer requested an “urban, yet earthy style” but gave me broad creative license, which is always nice!  He requested a fully adjustable and removable strap, and a slim shape.

So, here it is…

The front flap is made from water resistant black canvas and features forest green corduroy and black leather!

The interior features a custom (and hella padded) compartment sized for a 13″ MacBook Air.  The fit is snug and perfect.  The rest of the interior offers enough room for power cord/adapter, a few journals or novels, phone, keys. etc.  There is also a large pocket in the larger compartment for extra organization.

Each panel of the bag (front, back, bottom, and interior divider) is well padded to protect the MacBook.

I pulled these buckles from a retired rock climbing harness (fellow climbers will recognize the Black Diamond logo).  They are super reliable, and will not let that strap slip even a little bit, so this bag is great for hiking, bike travel, and the like.  The strap is 100% adjustable and can even be removed for packing into a larger bag or suitcase.

Custom Order: Sailor Moon Chalk Bag

I received a funky custom order via Etsy.com last week for a Sailor Moon theme chalk bag with pink trim!  I remember this show because it was always on before my favorite morning cartoon (Recess!).  Anyway, here is it!

Custom Order: Zelda Chalk Bag 2.0

I received a second order for a hand painted Zelda Triforce chalk bag!  This one is also hand painted acrylic on forest green canvas!  I use a matte finish sealant on the paint so it wont fade if washed.  Personally I think these Zelda bags are getting better and better!

Custom Order: XL Laptop Messenger Bag

I received this custom order from a man in Decatur, Ga.  He’s got a rather large laptop and needs a durable, padded messenger bag to transsport it, along with the power adapter, mouse, external drives, etc.  The bag had to be big, sturdy, padded, and vegan, with tons of custom sized pockets.

I made the exterior from two types of canvas.  The unbleached off-white color canvas is cotton based, and the tan color fabric is ‘sunbrella’ canvas.  Both types are water resistant and super durable.  The strap is also made from canvas, but also features nylon webbing recovered from a retired ‘Black Diamond’ rock climbing harness.  The strap is adjustable at both ends and completely removable.  The buckles were also recovered from the same BD harness.

The order came from a retired army sergeant, so I trimmed some of the interior with desert camo.

I also included a handle for easy on, off, and carrying.

The interior features a padded laptop compartment for a 17″ x 12″ x 2″ laptop, along with custom compartments for power adapter, mouse, external drives, etc.

Holiday Custom Orders!

This winter season I’ve received some fun custom requests as gifts and “gifts to self” for climbers from all over the US and abroad.
