Custom Zelda Triforce Chalk Bag

We’re all about taking it back to the roots! That means retro designs, classic style, and dependable quality.

I think that’s why Zelda fans have a way of finding us on the web and out at the crag… This bag design is one we’ve been doing for some time, and with each custom request we’re building up a secret community of Zelda-loving climbers.

We hand-painted this super-dope Custom Zelda Tri-Force Chalk Bag on durable ‘Sunbrella’ canvas. Sunbrella canvas is super sturdy, water resistant, abrasion resistant, and cleans easily! The paint is acrylic, and we coat it with a water-proofing stabilizer, so the design won’t fade or run… even if you beat your chalk bag up a bit (it is climbing gear, after all)!

New Chalk Bags for The Refuge Climbing and Fitness, Las Vegas!

Big Thanks to The Refuge Climbing and Fitness in Las Vegas for bringing KJ Bags Chalk Bags and Chalk Buckets into their gear shop!

Refuge Climbing offers Climbing and Bouldering as well as a full suite of fitness equipment.

We make our chalk bags by hand from quality materials. We make our best effort to use upcycled fabrics for the outer shells and interior components of the bags! They are semi-rigid and stand-up on their own. The pull cords are cut from 2 mm Sterling Rope Accessory Cord; simply put, these cords will not fray or break on you!

This assortment is fairly typical for a small wholesale order, including: several print fabrics, some patchwork, and a few solids.

We can also accommodate special requests for wholesale orders, just let us know the style(s) you prefer!

Custom Orange and Black Chalk Bucket

I made this chalk bucket for a local Tampa climber!

The exterior shell is made from medium weight canvas!

The bucket holds its rigid shape because the patchwork shell is backed with a durable fabric that is rigid but can be crushed and crumpled and will spring back to shape.

The interior is made from soft micro fiber fleece, the closure cord is made from 2mm Sterling Rope accessory cord!

Custom Patchwork Chalk Bucket

A local Tampa climber (and old friend) ordered this custom chalk bucket this month! I was super happy to put this color scheme together; and, of course, I’m always happy to make a patchwork bag!

Wine Bags!

This holiday season we discovered the fun simplicity wine bags! They make PERFECT gifts, that is, as long as you include a bottle of wine!

The bag pictured here was made up for an equestrian friend of ours. The bag is made of upcycled jean denim and features a great horse print patched onto the center!

Custom Order: Budweiser Can Chalk Bag

This is a KJ Bags first.

A local climber here in Tampa, FL requested this chalk bag.

I printed the vintage Budweiser label image onto fabric, then fixed it to the white canvas with adhesive and zig-zag stiches!

I’m obligated to mention that this particular bag is not currently for sale, as I don’t wish to violate the Budweiser trademark.

Custom Order: Hand-Painted OM Chalk Bag

I received this custom order this week from Ohio. He requested a grey chalk bag with a red OM symbol on the front.

He provided the specific symbol and maroon color via the upload option on the KJ Bags custom order form.

I created a stencil for the OM design he sent over and painted it onto grey Sunbrella canvas that was purchased as scrap from a local sail shop.
